  On Feb. 26, 2016, you had not checked in by 7PM, Joseph called you to find your arrival time. You said your plan changed so you couldn’t come in. Then Joseph explained the “cancellation policy” and said he would charge the room rate to your credit card number you gave him. You said you would come in the next day, on Feb. 27, 2016 and asked him not to charge. (You even mentioned to him that you work for a hotel !!!)

  Good. Has microwave, full size fridge, stove, sink and more. Appliances are a bit old but serviceable, and price is good.

  14 rooms were built in 1998, 6 rooms in 2002, and 6 in 2008; none were built in the 70’s or even the 80’s. Since the first year, we didn’t allow pets in rooms not because we don’t like them—we actually love them, especially dogs—but because it becomes difficult to clean the rooms afterwards. The same reason applies to cigarettes. All rooms are non-smoking!!!
